GRP1000 VMS Track Geometry Measurement System(High Efficiency)
Based on the GRP1000, the profiler and the total station satellite trolley are added to the system, it’s called GRP1000 VMS. With the dynamic tracing mode of total station, and combined with the absolute constraint of control points, the rapid measurement of the outer and inner geometry of the track can be realized, with the efficiency up to 1.2km/h, which is suitable for the tamping of ballast track, and the settlement observation of slab track.

The measurement can be continuously with the efficiency 2km/h if 2 TPS were equipped;

Full Chinese interface and report, powerful graphics, output different kind of data formats according to customers' needs, including track smoothness evaluation table, track deviation report, tamping machine operation data, etc;
l Professional software
Reserving track vertical correction value, minimal/maximum track vertical correction value, minimal/maximum track horizontal correction value, can be set in the software. And if the correction value is too big, it can be optimized in the software;
l Interface with tamping machine
Data output from the software can be input into tamping machine (with the WinALC system, DCZ-32, DC-32II, DC-32,DCL-32, DCL-48, DWL-48 ) directly, so automatic tamping can be realized;
l High precision tamping
Data acquisition with big frequency, and data interval output can be defined by users, e.g you can define the interval length from 5m to 3m, even 0.65m, so it can help the tamping work much more accurate.
