GRP1000 Track Geometry Measurement System
GRP 1000 Track geometry measurement system can be used to measure the geometry of the track, and it has been widely recognized by railway market because of its high accuracy, easily to use, and reliable performance.
The main body of the system is a three-point hand-propelled trolley, and with the gauge, tilt, stationing sensor in it to collect the inner track geometry parameter. (e.g gauge, super elevation, stationing, twist, etc.) The system can also work with the total station through wireless communication, to measure the outer geometry of the track (such as coordinates of the middle line, elevation of the rail surface, etc.), and calculate the long and short wave parameter in both horizontal and vertical direction of the track. All measurement data are automatically obtained, processed and analyzed by professional software on the Panasonic rough computer. The design parameter of the track needs to be input into the measurement software in advance. After the measurement is completed, users can choose to export different kinds of data reports and graphics reports according to meet their different needs.
