Detection of Rail Wave Grinding in High-speed Railway

Our company established a professional technical team of rail inspection in 2016, the business scope includes: rail wave grinding, fish scale measurement, rail profile measurement. We have 4sets German RMF1100 mobile corrugation measuring trolleys, 1 set eddy current inspection trolley, and 10 sets cross profilers.

From 2016 to 2017, for those projects, Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway, Guiyang-Guangzhou passenger railway, Chongqing-Guiyang railway, Shijiazhuang-Wuhan passenger railway, we undertook the acceptance work after rail grinding and the periodical inspection of rail mobile corrugation during operation, and completed 4000km rail mobile corrugation detection.
